Responsibilities

Assists in developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote product fanpage/Instagram/ linked-in/youtube. Analyzes online statistics and identifies areas to optimize online marketing performance.

  • Design digital media campaigns according to business goals
  • Generate lead performance on social media & website & SEO
  • Regularly tract & take action plan on social media report
  • Daily coordinate with TMK/AC/CSO for lead tracking
  • Control media cost effectively and measure performance of digital marketing efforts
  • Daily Manage & control customers interaction on fan page & web
  • Work to improve our brand presence on web & social media
  • Coordinate with Event Specialist/Center Manager to create lead ads for center activities
  • Design & Coordinate and manage the creation of all digital content such as website, blogs, press releases and podcasts, infographics, videos etc.
  • Stay up to date with digital media technologies and latest trend
  • To work closely with Brand Manager for execution to ensure both quality of works and timeline commitment.
  • Check the daily sales; understand sales performance of each media and each center; plan the integrated campaigns that maximize online and offline media; proactively propose actions to increase sales
  • Visit centers, talk with parents/students and prospects to get insights and feedback (twice a month).
  • Internal communication among AEG staff for any Marketing activities.
  • Control monthly marketing expense

Qualifications/ Skills

  • At least 1 -2 years of experience in digital media
  • Experience with visual communication methods
  • Knowledge of web design, Youtube
  • Experience with content management
  • Good interpersonal and analytic thinking skill, result- oriented.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication skills
  • Good time management skills
  • Team-working and interacts well with people of all levels
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Self-motivated, confident, dynamic, fun/interesting
  • Enjoy networking and building relationships
  • Good at English

  • Familiar with MS Office
