Responsibilities

  • Contacting potential clients including public schools, organizations and individuals to establish rapport
  • Arranging meetings and find new opportunities
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Developing goals for the team development and business growth and ensuring they are met
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills
  • Working with sales and marketing teams to organize internal and external events to achieve targets set by the company
  • Other tasks assigned by Line manager

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Good English ability (minimum Explore+)
  • Experience 3+ years in Sales and Marketing
  • Strong work ethic
  • Result-oriented
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good leader skills
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Great presentation skills
  • Creative/ innovative and dynamic
