Responsibilities

  • Perform hardware and software installations.
  • Supporting End-users to solve all issues of IT (email, application, network, hardware issue...)
  • Troubleshoot and determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, network, user access, etc.) and advise on appropriate action.
  • Supporting for admin to troubleshoot network and system problems.
  • Configuring and monitoring follow assignment of network and system administrators.
  • Monitoring and diagnostic all issues of End-users and system in branches.
  • Producing IT support document, user guide and maintain IT support knowledge base.
  • Supporting for IT asset management.
  • Other report upon request of direct manager.

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Bachelor of Information Technology.
  • Certificate of CCNA, MCSA or concerning IT network is an advantage.
  • Fresher accepted. 1 year+ experience in IT help-desk, troubleshooting network problems is a PLUS.
  • Communicate well in English and Vietnamese.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept challenges.
  • Ability to work under pressure, over time and business trip when required.
