Take communication plan from Marketing Manager to create and develop content plans, content calendar by month/quarter/ year.
Take responsibility to produce, edit communication contents both digital and offline (POSM leaflets, flyers, brochure...) on communication channels of the company (news microsite in web, Facebook post, email, PR articles, seeding contents…)
Work closely with Digital Media/SEO to understand the rules to create Content Facebook Ads, Banner, SEM, SEO, Lead Ads and others paid media: YouTube, Zalo...
Work closely with Designer to brief the idea and make sure to deliver the best content post, review creative with an eye toward content communication.
Work with outside partners (agencies, freelancers…) to keep a smooth working process, lead to the best campaign effectiveness.
Create fresh content for other projects such as video script, internal communication, PR articles, event scripts...
Manage and build timely, relevant, compelling content that drives audience growth and engagement.
Brainstorm ideas, concepts for Marketing activities and join team’s special projects.
Report content performance with measurable metrics.

Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Journalism, Communications or related fields).
