IT Support - Nhân Viên Công Nghệ Thông Tin
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware and software installations.
- Supporting End-users to solve all issues of IT (email, application, network, hardware issue...)
- Troubleshoot and determine the source of computer problems (hardware, software, network, user access, etc.) and advise on appropriate action.
- Supporting for admin to troubleshoot network and system problems.
- Configuring and monitoring follow assignment of network and system administrators.
- Monitoring and diagnostic all issues of End-users and system in branches.
- Producing IT support document, user guide and maintain IT support knowledge base.
- Supporting for IT asset management.
- Other report upon request of direct manager.
Qualifications/ Skills
- Bachelor of Information Technology.
- Certificate of CCNA, MCSA or concerning IT network is an advantage.
- Fresher accepted. 1 year+ experience in IT help-desk, troubleshooting network problems is a PLUS.
- Communicate well in English and Vietnamese.
- Self-motivated, energetic, adaptive to changes and willing to accept challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure, over time and business trip when required.
