Implementing overall recruiting strategy based on organizational structure changes, company restructuring or new vacancies (mass and non-mass)
Communicating with Head of Departments to get a clear view on their strategic, their financial objectives and their hiring needs
Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
Preparing recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/colleges; Processing to join the job fairs
Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using databases, social media
Screening candidates resumes and job applications
Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting methods to filter candidates
Assessing applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Checking references
Create and follow up the online survey forms for exit, employees’ feedback, candidates’ feedback
On-boarding new employees in order to become fully integrated (including but not limited to: induction training, stationary, working desk, welcome kit, welcome email, create account…)
Follow up with the candidates, new hires for the fully required docs / information submission
Providing analytical and well documented recruiting reports to HRM
Assist other admin tasks as assigned
Qualifications/ Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
1- 2 years’ experience in recruitment/ talent acquisition
Strong time management skills
Good at English
Good at problem solving skills
Good at communication and presentation skills
Team-working and interacts well with people of all levels
