Curriculum Development
Work under the direction of the Academic Director to include but not limited to:
Meetings and Trainings
- Attend regular academic and operational meetings at centers and Head Office;
- Attend regular training sessions on methodology, teaching technique and materials development
Curriculum Design
- Continually research local and international education methodologies and trends
- Contribute to the program concepts in design and brainstorming sessions for all AEG programs.
Materials Development
- Design high quality materials following branding guidelines and specifications for all AEG programs including PowerPoints, lesson plans, assessment materials, stretch and support materials and other program features.
Implementation
- Design training materials for HO and center-based, academic, sales, marketing, operations and customer service teams.
Monitoring and Evaluating
- Receive and respond to regular feedback from center-based teams in a timely manner.
Program Promotion
- Assist the employer in promotion of its programs and courses. This promotion may take the form of: still pictures, video and audio through web sites, brochures, commercials and any other medium that the employer uses to promote its programs. In such promotions the school may also reveal some personal information, such as, full name, age, qualifications, and work history.
- Be available at times agreed to promote and advertise the school and its programs within reasonable notice periods. Other

Working days: 6 days/week (Monday – Saturday)
Working hours: 48-hour work week (09:00-18:00)
Some evening and weekend work expected during center operations hours typically 15:00-20:00 during weekdays and 07:30-19:30 at weekends.
12-15 million monthly depending on qualifications and experience.
